Sandra E. Traylor, CEO

Formerly, Director, Officer, Technically Elite, Inc.

Masters in Engineering, BSEE, California Polytechnic University, Pomona. Sandra began her career in electronics in 1972 in Pomona, California. Sandra has worked as an engineer for large and small companies. Sandra founded a company in 1984 designing products and consulting in computer technologies.

In 1987, Ms. Traylor co-founded a networking company using state-of-the-art technology in a computerized method of doing remote network monitoring of Ethernet, Token Ring, and FDDI networks. In 1997, Sandra also founded VitalPoint, Inc.

Edward J. Stack, Jr., Director

Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science, University of California, Irvine. Ed began his career in computer programming in 1973. Ed's experiences, in both large and small companies, included real time monitoring utilizing the latest computer technologies. In 1983, Ed worked as a systems manager at Hughes Aircraft in a classified area doing real time air defense.

In 1989, Mr. Stack worked on system and software development for Technically Elite, Inc. in remote network monitoring. In 1996, Ed left Technically Elite, Inc. and became an independent software and technology consultant. In 1997 Ed was a co-founder of VitalPoint, Inc.

John Schnebly, Director

John Schnebly enjoys 25 years in Business Management. Following graduate work at Boston University and Harvard's Institute of Politics, Mr. Schnebly founded the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association and the Appropriate Technology Corporation.

Johh Schnebly founded Comfortex Corporation in Albany, NY. Comfortex was recently acquired by the largest player in its industry allowing Mr. Schnebly to join the board of VitalPoint, Inc. and work in assisting with strategic marketing requirements of this exciting company.
